Large is great...will be getting the small too
These are awesome! I would definitely say these are big enough for at least 1 large scoop of protein powder. They are way too big for my BCAAs though, so I'm going to get the small ones. These are great for the gym to add more BCAAs and another for when I have to go to work right after and put the protein powder in for lunch. I haven't had them long, but them seem sturdy. Just to be safe, I won't be shoving them in bags, but keeping them clipped on the outside of my bag.

Good quality and great for travel
I’ve been using mine for a few days now and really enjoy them. The grip bumps on the caps are comfortable and make opening and closing super easy even if it gets wet. It comfortably holds a full scoop of my protein powder, so if you’re a 2 scoop kinda person, this is not big enough.

Fit inside a shaker bottle!
Love these! I was looking for something that would store inside of my short shaker bottle cups and these do! They are easy to put powder into and then funnel it into the drink after my workout. Very happy with this purchase!

Good size- but quality?
The product itself is good. But this happened to one of them the first time I washed it-before the first use. Even a few weeks after, the ink is still rubbing? It’s like it wasn’t fully set. Minor inconvenience that I can’t use all 4, as my other 3 are good quality and also a good size.
