Magic Metallics Metallic Art Paints, 8-Ounce, Steel

I received two different colors of this paint, steel & dark bronze. The dark bronze was sealed & in great condition. The steel, however, was not sealed, and was of a very thin consistency. When shaken, it got very foamy, and looked terrible when painted on. When compared with the dark bronze, the steel appeared to have been watered down or tampered with in some way. The dark bronze is a perfect consistency.
