Contact the seller about the price increase. Prices of dressings, protective underwear, etc. can vary widely from seller to seller. You may be able to find a better price for these by shopping around on Amazon, or perhaps by ordering direct from Smith & Nephew.

Q: Does anyone know what the actual pad size is on the 4x4 bamdages (minus the sticky part?

Sizes: I ordered the 3 inch and the dressing is 2x2 inches, same with the 4 and 5 inch sizes, the wound covering area is 1 inch less. Confusing until you get the box and realize you have them too small or large. That's the Solberg #66800276 (3x3) and size holds for the others

Q: Does this product contain latex in any part?

I'm looking at the box and information paper (in many languages) and it only says it is a Silicone gel. There is no warning about being allergic to latex. Hope this helps. The dressing works great and the adhesive does not tear at our skin when removal. My 90 year old mother has been using them for several months and they are very gentle on the skin and the dressing works very well.
