Lightweight, Travel Friendly, Durable, Gets the job done!
Great tool for massaging my quads and IT bands. I run 3x a week and in constant need of a proper stretch.I travel a lot and bringing a mini foam roller was taking too much space. This is a great space saver, durable, and lightweight. Get's the job done. Highly recommended.

after using one lacrosse ball for years I bought this. It works out the knots in your back with minimal effort, much better than the single ball. You may want to use the wall first then use the floor to roll around on it.

This peanut ball is AMAZING. I use it to roll out the tension at my shoulders, both sides of spine, and upper hips. Glad I went with the peanut double-ball shape rather than a single ball. I am definitely getting these for family Christmas gifts this year.

Very Helpful at Working Out Knots
I suffer from chronic neck and upper back pain, so I purchased this product to see if it could help work out some of the knots that develop in my neck and back. This myofascial release tool is very firm, but the outer texture has just enough give to it that it's comfortable, so it's not like you are massaging your muscles with ball bearings. The space between the two balls is just wide enough that it contacts the muscle bodies perfectly on either side of my spine. Although I really like the material, I have long hair, so every time I try to use this at the top of my neck - and with my hair pulled up - the massage tool grabs onto any available hair and pulls it. I have not yet figured out a way to prevent this, so I'm not really able to use it at the top of my neck - this kinda sucks, since my neck is one of the major sources of my chronic pain. However, I still have plenty of other stiff spots along my spine that will really benefit from this.I gave this item four stars because it came with no instructions at all. Instructions would be so helpful in showing you how to properly use it, as well as describing all the different ways you could use it. Another reviewer became more painful after using this to relieve chronic neck and back pain, so instructions would also be helpful in describing ways not to use it. It can be really frustrating when Amazon items arrive in the mail, but do not include any information on the proper care and use of the item.The other reason that I gave this four stars is because it is advertised with a travel bag, and the product details on Amazon also say that this comes with a travel bag. The product is nice, and I really enjoy it overall, but it needs to come with instructions and any other items that it says it comes with on Amazon.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
