I used these to replace the stock Furrion FMS5B on my Jayco trailer and they sound better than the originals. Not a lot better, but somewhat better which was good enough considering the price and that they are 5.25" speakers. The backshell is a bit bigger than the Furrions and I had to cut the hole out a little to fit. The Pyle speakers use a smaller spade connector but I soldered the connections so it didn't matter. Just remember to use some heat shrink or tape on the connections so they don't accidentally short out if you have metal siding on your trailer. All in all, I'm happy with the quality and value of the product. They also shipped very quickly.

Installed in a boat with an outboard motor. You can barely hear them when going fast but are ok for put-putting around or fishing. I did read the reviews that said they were low power/quality, but they were worse than I expected. I would not buy again, but would invest a little more into something higher quality for a boat.That being said, if you're using these in an environment with low ambient noise, such as outside an RV, or maybe a pontoon boat with a quieter engine, you may be happy with them as a low cost speaker for some gentle listening, as these are the lowest price point for a water proof speaker.

Replaced 2 OEM 25W speakers with these "180w" speakers. Moved the 25W to the rear doors and put these component speakers up front with my independent tweeters . Put on my left / right speaker bass test and they almost immediately blew at half bass and mid volume, when the balance is set to full front it's pure distortion when balance is full rear on the factory 25W they are fine and handle the bass no problem. There is no potential in these speakers.Moral of the story, these speakers absolutely suck and cannot perform as well as a tiny 20 year old coaxial speaker.

Perfect fit for my outdoor speakers on my rv, each speaker comes with a foam gasket for the back but it is very thin-would be way better if it was twice as thick or more. Also the wires that come with the speakers are like a 20gauge-very thin and the connections on the speakers are very flimsy-although they fit very tight. So after some butt connectors and silicone-not supplied, install was fairly straight forward.

I just installed the PYLE Marine Grade speakers on my RV - so far they are awesome. Great sound and good looks. They were also pretty easy to install. In my case I did not have to modify the holes where the old speakers were. These speakers have a thin profile so no issues with the inside wall.
