This box contains 30 capsules to help rebalance the bacteria in your stomach after you have finished a course of antibiotics. Due to having severe asthma I suffer from a lot of chest infections so have to take a lot of courses of antibiotics during the year. I find these antibiotics give me a very upset tummy so was keen to try these tablets to see if they could help. I have been taking one tablet per day after finishing my antibiotics and genuinely find that they seem to settle my tummy back down and return my toilet habits back to normal. I find taking one tablet per day for 7 days to be effective, thus the box of 30 tablets lasts me quite some time. I shall definitely be purchasing these in the future as they seem to be very natural and genuinely bring me some much needed relief after a course of antibiotics.

I decided to take this supplement not due to any existing health condition but really just to preserve the existing health of my gut. The constituent ingredients are very good and recommended as part of maintaining a well balanced system. There is no unpleasant aftertaste and I must say that after a couple of weeks on them I do feel very good.

Habe die SanaExpert Gastro Forte mit Pylopass im Amazon vine Programm zum Testen angeboten bekommen. Da ich vor kurzem eine vom Zahnarzt verordnete Antibiotika-Kur hatte und mir das ziemlich auf den Magen geschlagen ist, dachte ich, ich probiere es mal mit diesem Mittel.---Lieferumfang---:Man bekommt 2x15 Kapseln mit doch schon nützlichen Inhaltsstoffen. Also mit Zinkcarnosin, Ulmen Extrakt, Flohsamenschalen und Leinsamen. Alles gut für die Verdauung. Und natürlich das wichtigste:Das Probiotikum Pylopass. Das ist ein spezieller inaktivierter Lactobacillus Stamm , der durch seine besondere Oberflächenbeschaffenheit die Fähigkeit haben soll, Helikobakter pylori Baktieren wie ein Klett an sich zu binden um dann mit diesen ausgeschieden zu werden. Also ein Mittel, das ggf. bei Magenbeschwerden, die durch H. pylori verursacht werden, helfen kann. Ziemlich clevere Methode und auch in vielen Studien erfolgreich eingesetzt.Die Kapseln selbst sind mit 23mm Länge und 8mm Durchmesser schon ganz schöne Brocken. Ich persönlich habe keine Probleme damit, aber es gibt ja auch Leute, die sowas unangenehm finden.Immerhin soll eine davon ausreichen.--- Wirkung---:Naja, wie ein genauer Blick auf die Packungsbeilage zeigt, sollte das ja in erster Linie gegen Helikobakter wirken. Ich habe aber keine bestätigte Infektion mit diesem Bakterium. Entsprechend war ich eher pessimistisch...Aber nach 3 Wochen merke ich doch ein Verbesserung meiner Beschwerden. Sehr wahrscheinlich wirken die anderen Inhaltsstoffe positiv auf die Darmflora. Das wundert mich auch nicht, da die meisten ja auch bekannt dafür sind.--- Fazit---:Also es hat mir schon mal etwas geholfen. Auch wenn ich nicht sicher bin, das meine Beschwerden von H.pylori kommen, sind meine Magenbeschwerden doch etwas besser geworden. Sehr wahrscheinlich wirken die übrigen Inhaltsstoffe positiv auf die Darmflora und gegen Magen und Darmbeschwerden.Wer allerdings Bakterienkulturen zur Aufstockung der Darmflora sucht, sollte sich doch lieber woanders umsehen. Die SanaExpert Gastro Forte mit Pylopass dürften für die Behandlung von H.pylori-induzierten Beschwerden doch besser geeignet sein. Die Bakterienkultur (Lactobacillus reuteri DSM 17648) sind nicht wirklich dafür gedacht, den Darm zu besiedeln.Mir ist nichts negatives aufgefallen. 5 Sterne.

Sono intollerante al lattosio, e ho provato questo prodotto perchè, durante il ciclo di antibiotici, non volevo problemi alla flora intestinale. È riuscito a contenere i problemi allo stomaco e i forti dolori causati da un utilizzo prolungato di antibiotici. Davvero consigliatissimo
