Assembly was a task for sure, but it's a really great swing and I enjoy it a lot with my toddler. Sturdy and comfortable.My advice is to be sure not to mix up the bolts when you open their package, as the numbers are not-so-conveniently written on the cardboard backing.The canopy is great too I just forgot to take another picture after adding it, I like how it will easily rotate

Everything about this swing is nice. I bought it for my sibling and she loves it. The only problem is that the cushions slip down when you sit on them. You can use velco to stixl them together.

Great swing. Sturdy frame. The cushions that come with it are cheap and flimsy. This is difficult to assemble. Instructions are minimal and there are a lot of parts and many sightly different bolt sizes. If you aren't mechanically inclined consider paying someone to assemble!

My sons purchased this swing for a Mother’s Day gift.After 2 months we had a bad storm and it got blown over and the canopy was torn. I called customer service and wanted to purchase a canopy and told them I know it is not a warranty issue. They advised they did not have a replacement canopy but would see what they could do and get back to me. 2 days later they called back and said we know this isn’t warranty but we are sending you a whole neww swing. I was floored!! They care about the customer!!!!Received the new swing about a week later. I will make purchases from them in the future even if they are more expensive for the fact of customer service!!Thank you for replacing my swing as you were under no obligation to do so.

Not at all comfortable as you sit far too close to the ground by design. Really close. You have to bend your knees and place your legs to the sides or stretch your feet far out in front of you. Awful design. Terrible Directions that miss important points and descriptions to put this thing together properly. The hardware kit and directions state multiple lengths of bolts... but I received all of the first series (3 different sizes) exactly the same length! Still worked, but some stick out too far for the cheap plastic nut covers they give you. The plastic bubble was too loose and all of the hardware was bunched up into a plie and no longer marked as to what part they were. Did not matter too much since they didn't bother to send the correct sizes anyway. All in all the hardware and directions were plain ridiculous. There is no reason to be this inept at all. The canopy is poorly designed and does not have any interlocking "teeth" that you usually find in a canopy design. Therefore you CANNOT get this tight enough that a breeze does not move the canopy all over the place! This will not last long at all. So, as you sit uncomfortably in your difficult to understand build of a swing, as the slightest breeze lifts you canopy so that the sun strikes you directly in your eyes. You flinch and scratch your arm and leg on the sharp hardware sticking out that the cheap covers did not fit. Not EXACTLY what I was looking for in a piece furniture. I would not purchase again or recommend. Arrived late, and they stated I would get a refund credit that I never did get. Not at all happy with this purchase by any measure.UPDATE: Wind blowing the entire swing over with little gusts, and top hitting people because it does not stay put. You cannot tighten this thing enough. Just removed it! Useless. Pads and fabric falling apart within a few weeks. Don't buy this. I am going to see if I can send it back without the box. I should have learned to keep boxes by now. Worst buy this year.

I wanted somewhere to recline and read in the yard. I like it for laying down, not much for sitting up. I don't mind the low seat, but because of how far you're leaned back it makes it difficult to not feel like you're sliding off. Putting your feet up on a foot rests help though.As stated cushions that come with it are thin but I think I'll just wait till these wear down and get thicker ones.I've had no canopy issues except figuring out how to put the thing on there. That step in particular could've been a little more detailed.Came with a bit of rust on one part.Instructions weren't super hard to read, once you were able to figure out the hardware situation. However...no one likes Allen or any of his wrenches so that was frustrating.My kids love it, looks nice in the yard, and it does seem sturdy overall.I'm cool with it overall.

Love the rock and glide soooooo much I repurchased it (even though I fell through the seat in my first one after a year of daily use). Getting the protection plan this time.Love this swing. It’s not uncomfy like the wooden swings, doesn’t rattle like the ones with chains, and doesn’t get too hot in the sun that it burns you, like the pricey weave ones Costco sells.Wish I could buy it for everyone I know - best investment in happiness! Love love love it!!!

Sencillamente bien. No es muy cómodo para estar sentado, los cojines se resbalan con facilidad. El sistema para convertirlo en cama no es sencillo de entender pero al convertirlo en cama sí es cómodo. El toldo no queda completamente fijo y con aire se mueve con facilidad.
