First mat i ever on but do not like it honestly i seen the other mats people at my class use and they are better.

I love this yoga mat. My hands and feet do not slide. It isn't so plush that I sink down in it too far. I can hold my balance much better too. The bonus is that it is supposed to be made out of safe material and I appreciate that peace of mind.

It's a great mat! Not too thick. I did have to air it out when I first got it, but now there's no smell.

I do my exercises on the hardwood floor and this was perfect for me!

This is a nice yoga mat. I love the feel of it and it prevents my hands and feet from slipping. It is thicker and cushier than most other yoga mats. This is my only yoga mat and i love it. i don't take any yoga classes but i do my stretches on the mat and its the best thing ever.The material feels like a tempurpedic mattress, so soft to walk on and just be on.i did receive this product at a discount fr my honest review.
