I am gluten intolerant, so I carry these with me and if I have gluten, I take a couple of these and it helps lessen gluten effects afterward.

Tonight at my [celiac] daughter’s pizza party she took one bite of her pizza and recognized it was definitely not a gluten free crust. We made her drink a ton of water and got 2 capsules in her right away. It’s been over an hour and she SHOULD be puking her guts up right now. But she says she feels great and is demanding pizza she can eat because she’s starving. I tell as many of my gluten free friends as I can: you have to get these pills. That my daughter won’t be spending the evening absolutely miserable makes this momma’s heart so happy. **we don’t use this to be able to eat gluten! We use this to be able to eat out and protect our daughter from contamination and accidents. Poor reviews from people that take this and purposefully eat gluten are not using it correctly!!

This product is incredible. I have been gluten free for over 10 years. This has changed my life. Started out eating gluten food very slowly. Now I can have a piece of pizza or a sandwich without any issues. Thank you for whoever developed this product.

I tried this product with the hope that I would be able to eat gluten again, with my celiac disease, and when I ate low glycemic items I did pretty well, but I only ate gluten once a day, with one meal. When I ate more gluten throughout the day or with items that contained high glycemic foods(donuts, pizza, ect) I didn't do well. I can see that if you have a minor gluten intolerance this would work well for you, but if you truly have celiac disease, you maybe able to eat little gluten but I wouldn't over due it, or just stick to gluten free all together.

This product WORKS. I tried it after reading about the clinical trial. I'm pretty sensitive and I can tell due to the pain (like knives stabbing my intestines as it travels through my system) and then fatigue for at least a week afterward. I took two pills before my meal and then purposefully ate a small amount of gluten; less than a bite, more than cross-contamination would give me. I didn't have any pain all night, nor fatigue the next day, which was amazing! For celiacs or other gluten-sensitive people, it will give you protection at those times when you might get exposed to cross-contamination. The pills are a typical size and were easy to swallow with water, with no real discernible flavor.

I have a gluten intolerance from Hashimoto's disease & these pills have been fantastic. I take them when I'm concerned about cross contamination or if I just have to eat a piece of cake. Sometimes you just want cake! I no longer wake up bloated (fingers swollen, sinus congestion, etc) and overall don't feel terrible anymore. I do not use this as a way to eat whatever I want.

TMI but I went regular after using this with food. I don't get bloated anymore and it is the perfect size to throw in your bag and take on the go. I ALSO LOVE THIS BRAND AND TRUST IT.
