Rich flavor and satisfying!
Moist, flavorful and very good on french baquette or crackers. Works well with either white or red wine. Price is reasonable but the shipping kills you!

It was good but unduly expensive
It was good but unduly expensive. However, it got us making duck rillette on our own. Not too hard.
