It is very sweet, but I also love that when on a cut and stick to whole foods a lot. It is nice to add this into anything I eat as a snack that feels a bit like cheating. In my oatmeal, this and cashew milk. In my shakes, this and fruits, greek yogurt, so on. In my pancakes, this. I am currently eating a bowl of ice cream with this sprinkled in and swirled up until its half melted. It even has a little crunch to my ice cream that actually tastes good. Not the BEST macros. But if you are eating mostly healthy, 20g of protein in pretty much any cinnamon friendly dish is solid. I really like this powder.

Love this flavour. Tastes amazing. I make it with water, I’ve and a shot of espresso then blend in NutriBullet and it takes amazing. It’s filling and the perfect post-run fuel when I have no appetite at all. So refreshing with crushed ice.
