I chose this brand and formulation based on Consumer Labs review. I use it after flossing but before brushing. It has far less fluoride than does my toothpaste but works to keep my teeth and gums healthy in a way my toothpaste does not. I do not rinse after brushing to keep as much fluoride as possible on my teeth. I thought the price here was good but was surprised at the size difference when compare to the bottles I bought at a member warehouse. Calculations show that the price here is three times I what I paid for the larger bottles.

Listerine has been recommended bu my dentists (Maryland a nd Georgia) for over 20 years. I use them regularly and find the really do the job. I highly recommend both aboriginal aListerine anfvTotal Care! The have worked for me and I’m 83.
