I purchased these as well as a fancier perineal bottle but ended up liking these much better. They really helped to myself clean and comfortable after birth. Three is more than necessary but one is now being used as a well-loved bath toy!

I use these for rinsing out my ileostomy pouch. They work well and are durable.

I would recommend every woman keep them on hand because they are useful for postpartum care, monthly care, and general personal hygiene needs.

Really good if you have IBS or a J-Pouch. Takes away the need to use toilet paper which might be rough on the skin. Sprays really well and is great with warm water.
