Perfect remedy for heartburn

This product comes in its own bottle with convenient cap. Very fast to attack heartburn, acid indigestion, etc. IN gummy form with a candy like surface, chewable. I was used to using Tums so it took a while to get used to the taste of the AlkaSeltzer tabs. They are not bad tasting, just different, and you quickly get used to them. They work fast which is why I have reordered them over Tums now. Will travel easily if you put them in a plastic bag or smaller container. Would recommend to anyone that has occasional heartburn. Most antacid tablets taste like chalk with some flavor. These don't, and they also don't have the powder feel in your mouth. They are pleasant, chewy, and with fruit flavors. Like most products of this type they contain calcium carbonate, and they have 750 mlgrams per tablet, which seems pretty standard. I like these.

If this was candy, Id be in trouble, it tastes that good! It works much better than Tums, none of that chalky after taste. This has helped me a lot with stomach issues. A very good product.

Tasty tablets that you chew which helps the resulting fluid go down your esophagus to immediately relieve heartburn. It works fast but I don't think it's as strong as other products out there, hence only 4 stars instead of 5. I think this product is best for immediate relief of heartburn symptoms, but if you suffer from acid reflux like I do then it's probably better to get stronger pills to take right before bed.

I have been on antacids for a long time, and I usually bought TUMS, however this time I decided to take a chance and buy this new form of Alka-seltzer, fruit gum. I was really surprised by its taste and effectiveness. The pill is a bit bigger than a hazelnut M&M but as it is chewy there is no problem. The taste is much better than other antacids. If it's Bayer, it's good ; )
