Really easy to fit
This is a really good quality product. With the right tools it is simple to install. I fitted mine to a patterned concrete floor. The anchor is really sturdy and the bolts supplied in my case are of superb quality. The box tells you that you need a 16mm drill bit and recommend you have one handy, for the correct size of hole to fit the steel plugs. I put a bar on the end of the supplied Allen key to make sure the bolt was super tight at the last turn. I also applied epoxy glue to both the bolt and plug and added some to the top of the nut before adding the ball. Note: for those that have questioned it, you add the ball to the top of the bolt and hammer it in place. It’s so tight that no-one would be able to get it out again to be able to unscrew it. The anchor is going nowhere :)

Meh!
Feel heavy and solid at first sight but it isn't, also I found it a bit too wide. It arrived without the security bearings. Because of this I decided to drill the top of the fitting to stop it from being simply unscrewed and they are made of a very soft material. Matter of fact it would take seconds to drill them out of service. Since I had the drill I also tested the actual anchor and it is also made of a soft metal. I use it inside the garage as an additional security measure but if you are keeping your bikes outside I would buy something more solid from a more recognized brand.

2nd one bought.
This is the second I’ve bought as I have a new bike and the original placement isn’t the best for my new bike. I was gonna get a new longer chain then realised I can just buy another wall anchor. It was a struggle to get the ballbearings into the hex whole but after awhile and a lot of hit and missed you will get then to pop in the hole
