I purchased this organic zinc and vitamin c spray mist for my son. This is perfect since he can't swallow capsules or pills. This bottle is a 60 day supply and tastes great. these and other liquid vitamins taste great and the stats make complete sence. if the hard tablets only get ur body 20% of say the 200 mg’s of the vitamin and these liquid ones that not only don’t have to break down a hard chalky pill but they also talk about ther ingredients or something that helps ur body absorb the vitamins so if u take say 200mg’s worth of a liquid vitamin especially ones that have stuf in them to help the body absorb them u could be getting what they say 70-80% of the vitamin to ur system. i switched over to these months ago and i cant rely remember feeling much from any vitamin but i felt it with these right away. noticeable energy boost better sleep and i didnt even get them for sleep but they seem to help me get to and stay asleep and even possibly digestion help.

I have been using the GIVOL Organic Zinc Boost Mist for a while now and I am really happy with the quality of the ingredients. It is great to find an organic, plant-based zinc that doesn't have a harsh aftertaste. The mist format is much more convenient than swallowing large pills, and it feels like it absorbs quickly. The only real challenge I have encountered is with the design of the spray bottle. The tube inside is a bit too long, so it curves toward one side of the bottle rather than sitting straight at the bottom. This makes it difficult to get the last bit of liquid out when it starts to run low. I find myself having to tilt and shake the bottle every which way just to make sure the tube can reach those last few drops. Sometimes the straw’s curve is more pronounced than other times. Aside from that minor hardware issue, the product itself is good and a reliable way to get zinc.
