I'm a women's size 7 (US) so I bought a medium as instructed. They fit pretty snug but work. If you are close to the upper end of the size range I would suggest sizing up as you probably want to get a thick sock underneath. They are fairly warm. I tried them out in -15c weather, inside a rainboot and they kept my feet comfortable. Below -20 I'm not sure how long you might last before your toes would get too cold. Overall I'm satisfied with these boot liners.
