Incredible product. Works super fast!
Amazing. I had hard slough and necrotic tissue in three spots on my body. This dressing broke all of that down into liquid within days to expose a clean, viable wound bed. In less than 10 days, these wounds which were open and struggling to heal for two months were fully healed. I’ve now moved onto scar mitigation with medical grade silicone and it’s smooth sailing from here on out, all thanks to this product. I wish I had discovered this weeks in advance. I could have saved myself so much agony, and now the challenge of dealing with hideous scars that will likely require medical revision.

Most important thing is that IT WORKS ‼️Best wound dressing I’ve ever used.🙌
I had a venous stasis leg ulcer for four years and this product cleared it up in five months. I would recommend this product to anyone who has an open wound. There is no need to debride the wound because the Enluxtra absorbs all the exudate into the pad. This product along with Pure and Clean were a tremendous blessing for me. I would recommend it highly to anyone.

They work wonderfully! Back/front needs more attention as to which is front and which is back.
These do work!! Love these! Wished I had seen these a couple weeks before I found them. Other bandages do not do what these do. Wish they would mark the back better. Its so nice one line is not enough when they need to be cut down. If they even have a line some do not. But these are super great!!

Works with AMVILAB PROTEOLYTIC ENZYMES Trypsin & Chymotrypsin Ulcer & Slough.
If you have an ULCER or to say SLOUGH you can AMVILAB PROTEOLYTIC ENZYMES Trypsin & Chymotrypsin. What you do is you pour it onto the slough or ulcer do not overdo it just where it sticks to the slough like a layer. You spread it out evenly like use a Q-tip & shake off the rest whatever sticks is how much you need. For results check on it every 6 hours. You may see a greenish blob which is good just keep doing it clean it off & start again & when it starts to bleed that is a good sign, not a bad sign. ENLUXTRA works very well with AMVILAB PROTEOLYTIC ENZYMES if you know how to apply the amount onto the Ulcer if too much it does not work as well. You will figure it out how much to use when you apply it yourself. What is Trypsin? Trypsin is an enzyme that aids with digestion. An enzyme is a protein that speeds up a certain biochemical reaction. Trypsin is found in the small intestine. It can also be made from fungus, plants, and bacteria. But it is usually made for commercial purposes from the pancreas of livestock. How does it work? Trypsin removes dead skin cells (tissue) and allows healthy tissue to grow. Trypsin in combination with other enzymes seems to reduce inflammation and swelling. What is Chymotrypsin? Chymotrypsin is an enzyme. An enzyme is a substance that speeds up certain chemical reactions in the body. People use chymotrypsin to make medicine. How does Chymotrypsin work? People use chymotrypsin for redness and swelling associated with pockets of infection (abscesses), ulcers, surgery, or critical illness (trauma), as well as many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses. How-ever Chymotrypsin breaks down proteins.

Does Any Wound work?
Wanted to try this bandage to see if the promotional ads had any validity. These pads cost more than 10X over what a regular typical 4x4 one does. I have to change my bandage everyday. One of the claims was a possibilty of leaving the pad on for longer periods of time. I could not verify this. I swapped in one of these "Any Wound" pads on my dressing change and after a few hours, I had to remove it because my wound started "hurting" me a lot more than before. I re-read the literature, and I noticed that there was no mention of its usage as being pain free. I guess in a hospital setting where they can save money on inventory on bandages, but may have to give patients more pain killers (which cost a lot more than the old style bandages) is a good trade-off for the hospital. Less inventory, fewer bandage changes, with less labor time to just give a pill or injection for any pain and the patient still pays the bill. For a do-it-yourselfer, these pads are not really practical for home use.

Awesome product!!!!!
After my feeding tube was removed I have had an enormous amount of drainage to deal with until my hole seals up. This is the only thing I have found that controls the leakage! I can’t say enough good things about this!!! I’m reordering again and I just got them yesterday!!! Instead of changing pads and dealing with leakage I can finally rest!!!!

One of a kind product
This product was phenomenal. I had a very hard to heal wound for 8 weeks. Nothing would touch any slight healing. After a week of this I was able to debride myself and I’m at 98% healing. I shared with my doctor and they plan to order for their office.

I had bought this product which was very expensive, because after having surgery, a section of my suture line broke down and developed biofilm which prevented it from healing. I was desperate to get rid of the biofilm and had tried MANY products before, none of which worked. After reading reviews of Enluxtra I had very high hopes and expectations that this product would be the solution to my problem. However, approximately 8 to 10 hours after my first application of Enluxtra, the wound became very itchy! At first I thought it must be a healing itch so I left it intact for about another 3 hours. By this time, I couldn’t take the itch anymore and took down the dressing. The wound was now inflamed and so was the surrounding skin. It looked angry and was painfully sore! I have not used any more of the Enluxtra that I bought! Such a waste of money and sooooooooo disappointing. I don’t think I’d recommend any one to use it and I’m a registered nurse!
