I have used it several times so far. It does the job as described. It sticks very well, however if you take the shoes off several times a day, do it slowly or it will peel off from either side of the pad. All in all, it is recommended.

It doesn't feel like there's an extra piece in your shoes but for sure it will prevent your ankle from getting damaged by low neck formal shoes. Just buy it.

Good value for money. No need to purchase expensive brands as this does the trick. Is comfortable to have on and sticks on nicely. Don't even know you have it on which is great for everyday use.

Can't live without these - for any new pair of shoes I use these!

I used to constantly get blisters and my heels bled because my shoes cut into my skin. With these on, I had no issues! Doesn’t look exactly like the box and packaging but it does the job. Adhesion could be improved though…

So, I purchased this to save the skin at the back of my heel from being peeled as I break in a new pair of Clark's shoes (yes Clark's... a whole other story). There are tiny plastic bumps on these that are just brutal to the soft skin in that area. Just can't recommend this product based on my experience.
