Well made, easy to set up and worked fantastic to hold my full size 3 person ski.

I purchased the SandShark Supersport 2.0 Boat Anchor for my 22ft deck boat, and it has exceeded all my expectations. Even in strong winds at sand bars, I trust it to hold my boat securely. The anchor is incredibly easy to use and folds up nicely for convenient storage in my boat.Every time I use it, people ask me about it, and I always recommend it without hesitation. It's definitely worth the money compared to other anchors or building your own sand anchor.I also had a support issue at one point, and I must say, the customer service from this company is unparalleled. They got back to me immediately and resolved my issue with the utmost professionalism and care.I love that this is a family-run company because it really shows in the way they treat their customers. *****UPDATE*****After placing this review, I received a message from Andrew about his products. He was very good to talk with and offered a replacement for the Sand Shark that was completely broken and the part that broke on the other one. He sent those quickly to me. All is good and they are both working as they should now.I originally purchased one of these for my boat and the 2nd time I used it I forgot to take it apart and clean it out after using it. That resulted in it not extending so I had to reach underneath the water to screw it into the sand at the sand bar. I tried to tap it apart and the screw part that goes into the sand broke. I figured this was my fault for not cleaning it out after using it so I purchased a second one. Well that one lasted for a year and yesterday the handle fell apart so now I have two broken sand sharks. I would not recommend these to anyone as they are not reliable and don’t work anywhere as good as the pvc tube type that everyone else uses on our lake. Lesson learned. They look really cool and have nice packaging but at no where near worth what they cost.

I had a small issue with the spring pin in the first use and contacted SandShark. They immediately sent me a replacement piece and it was here the next day! Really incredible customer service. No push back, just quick, honest, customer first mentality. I am impressed with the sturdiness of the product. Spring pins can be finicky and the fact they were so quick to back up their product counts for a lot.
