I was dubious but this stuff is delicious. It was very fresh tasting. As good as eating a truffle pasta dish in Italy. Saute some garlic in some of the truffle oil. Cook some pasta. Once drained, add the garlic, mix, top with some of the truffles. Add parmesan. Also good as a spread but the truffle taste is strong so a little is better. Pricey but truffles are expensive and this is a great treat.

These a real truffles, packed in oil. Great flavor and texture and the jars are packed. This isn't just truffle oil, it is the real deal! Great with pasta!

Great product, but pretty expensive. Not surprisingly, truffles are much cheaper in France. Nevertheless, I'll buy this product again and again.

These were our favorite. The quality of the truffles and the oil is great. The amount of truffle is similar to products in the same price range. But the larger jar provides room for extra oil which is a total bonus for making pasta or dipping bread.

Tbh if you’re in the mood of chasing some amazing truffle dish you recently had and tried this to reminisce- it might not hit the mark. That being said, it does give some sparks to the memory. Ate some slices on their own and it was tasty. You’ll still taste it with more naturally potent meats but I recommend with lighter dishes. The little research I did mentions summer black truffles being lighter than winter so this is a given. However, if (like me) you’re only starting to delve into truffle delicacies, then I think this is a good start. The texture, visual, and taste are approachable and easy to use. Today is day one and I’m throwing them on generously cause I’m obsessed but I’m still wondering about self life and pairings. How exciting!

$20+ for a small jar? If you love the distinctive taste of truffles -- one of the delights of rare flavors -- this is for you. The black truffle slivers are packed in olive oil so a spoonful of both on, say, scrambled eggs will elevate the experience. And with Eggs Benedict and Hollandaise sauce? Essential!Unlike most "truffle oils" which are truffle-free fakes, this is the unmistakably real thing and worth it. A little goes a long way.

The quality and flavor of the product is severely overrated. I had got the same product from COSTCO 6months back and that was really good, but the one I got from Amazon was not even close to that taste. I am not sure if it was inauthentic or something. Definitely not going to get another one.
