The design adaptability advantages are obvious for washing dishes and pots. The design implementation failures less obvious"1. The pot filler arm is too short reach the center of the standard double sink - so large pot filling becomes problematic. Even washing your hands is a problem because the water stream is too close to the back of the sink.2. The pot metal valve handles are corroding rapidly after two years.3. Leak repair and valve seal replacement are very problematic - especially for the main base valve.4. Even with the optional base flange - the faucet wobbles as it torques the standard HD stainless steel sink that it is mounted on.The price is good - if you can deal with the relatively incompetent material and structural engineering of the faucet - difficult to repair leaking.

Bought a house so put in a new faucet. Have always wanted one but in stores they are too expensive. Got a great deal from your company. Quality is good and is a great looking faucet and the red light when the water is hot is pretty awesome.

This Faucet is great, makes doing dishs ,cleaning up easy almost effortless. My Keurig is next to sink I can use spray attachment to refill water tank in seconds. Plus it is beautiful and very functional someone did their homework, .only thing which I get is supply lines are bit short you prob can count on needing to buy longer ones at any hardware store. not a big deal overall Happy Happy Customer.

This faucet is even nicer than I hoped it would be. I really like the nice adjustable sprayer. I can adjust it from a light spray to a high power spray. I've lived in the same rental unit for 10 years, and always thought the kitchen faucet had low pressure. Now I know it was just the old faucet & sprayer. If you're on a budget & would like a really nice faucet, I would recommend this one. I like it so much, and it does such a good job, that I have been hand washing dishes more often - and I do not like washing dishes manually.Update: July 2021 Several weeks ago this nice faucet started leaking. Since the company says to contact them, if it starts leaking, I did. Unfortunately they only offered & sent a very different faucet that isn't as nice, and doesn't have the swing arm, like the original. I appreciate the attempt to provide another faucet, but rather disappointed because it isn't as nice, and the quality doesn't seem as nice.

I ordered this faucet on December 15 2019. Installed it and it worked fine. About 2 months into using it the wrapping on the hose for the sprayer started to fray and break. Then in the beginning of September of 2020 I got out of the shower got dressed and went into the kitchen to find that the hose finally blew and my kitchen was flodded. The walls, counter, stove, and floor were all flooded with water. Didn't even last a year. Don't by this because it's cheap!
