Go right on ahead and tell the folks at your local bike dealer where they can stick their 300 + dollar helmets. You can tell em to stick their "destination fees" in the same place while your at it!Quality is right there with anything your gonna find at the dealer and for half the price.If your on the fence, let this be your affirmation to go and pull the trigger on this one, you wont be dissapointed, and may even find a few extra bux left in your wallet at the end of the day as well ; )

I've ridden over 7K miles in this helmet so far. It's my first helmet so i don't have any other frame of reference, but I'm happy with the fit, the style, the quality, and aerodynamics.If there is one downside, it is not quiet with the exhaust of my H-D and especially with the wind at higher speeds. I've read that some of the more expensive helmets ($500+) do a better job with cutting down on wind noise, but I always wear ear plugs so it hasn't really been a huge negative.I did a bunch of research and wanted to be sure I got a helmet with SNELL certification, which this one has, so I feel safer with it.May seem gross to some...I probably should pull the pads out and hand wash them soon, but honestly I haven't felt the need to...no odor or indications of grossness (and it's hot here). I always air it out on it's side when I finish riding.I got a second bike which doesn't go as well with this style, so I'm actually thinking of picking up another ScorpionEXO R420 in solid white.

Really nice helmet for the price. I have no regrets. Very comfortable. Air vents work great. Hasn’t fogged up once. Might I mention it’s fall up here in New England so if it was going to happen it would be now. And it’s warm when all the vents are closed up. Ran my Super Duke R around at 120 mph and there was no lift at all. Especially in a tuck. Nothing. Head stayed very still as the aerodynamics are very good.

Lots of wind noise but the helmet seems fine to me.

DOT and SNELL appvd. -- Tight & hard to get on at 1st - almost returned it - but went for a couple rides - it now fits good (snug) w/ no pressure points. Seems a little less wind noisy than my EXO-T520. - Very good value.I put a strip of 3/4" green "frog tape" across the top of the visor (definitely helps on bright days)-I ride upright so it doesn't limit visibility.2¢ - YMMV

What an amazing helmet super comfortable nice air flow and it saved my life in a bad accident forever thankful to Scorpion!!

Pretty comfortable, good air flow, I wear glasses and I am able to still wear them with the helmet on. Can't have my ear buds in though but you shouldn't have ear buds in anyway. So yeah, this is a good choice. Haven't crashed yet so can't review how well it protected my head so yeah.

I'm a female rider, girly and I'm happy with the look of this helmet compared to my last one, which was icon. I love all the little doodles and will probably add to it myself! Super lightweight. It is MATTE in finish, not glossy. That is my only dislike. I could not tell from the pictures on here if it was glossy or matte.

Only con you might dislike is the fact that it doesn't use the quick release strap but rather the double d buckle. Not a huge issue for me now that i've used it a a fair bit now but its just means you spend more time messing with your helmet over hoping on your ride. But maybe the pro here will make up for it. You can install and Bluetooth comm and it has cutouts for speakers on the inside. In the picture i had order another visor for the sun because i ride during the day so i just swapped it immediately. Btw you can change the visor without tools. It just requires a bit of adjusting as it's not as ezpz installing it. There are other visors options such as gold and silver. But there's even more. But once it's in you good. I have a big head so comfort i would say is 4 out 5. This model i have is XL.
