This is a great did journal with plenty of room to log your meals.

Perfect
This is like a mini notebook. You will have enough room to write everything you need to write. I even record my blood pressure for the day. I will order another one before this one runs out. It’s perfect to use for recording info for doctors appointments regarding weight loss.

Great help to figure out why one is not loosing weight
I used this daily, recording calories. I haven't done any analysis, but it is very useful in recording, summing up calories, and managing my intake and weight loss.

Perfect little book
I needed to be more mindful of carb intake. Those online ones are OK ,but I find having to write down my intake was best for me . It lists everything I need to be proactive for myself.

Not quite what I needed
It's a little bigger than what I need I also have to do a lot of white out because I'm tracking carbs not calories so all in all it's just not right for me but, the layout is simple and for the price it was worth trying.

This has been a great tool to use for tracking food.
I wanted to buy something to help me keep track of what I was eating, calorie intake, water intake and track exercise and this fit the bill. I have been using it daily since the first of the year and it has been a great tool to help me stay on track. I am giving this 5 stars because I really do like. The only downfall to this product is there isn't a year's worth of days to track. It is the end of February and I am about 2/3 the way through it.

This has been a great buy
Recently diagnosed as a diabetic, my doctor suggested I get a food journal to keep track of what I eat. I wasn't crazy about the idea, but ok. I looked through various options online and I liked this little book. Not too expensive, and not too busy. Some others had designs across the pages and sections for waxing poetic about my motivation. I wasn't interested in that. I wanted something straight-forward with enough room to write down what I ate at various times of the day. This fit the bill nicely. The lines are small but not too small, and I found space to write my blood sugar numbers in the morning and after dinner, as well as my blood pressure reading once a day. I really think twice about what I eat now, knowing it has to go in the book. ( I vowed to write it all, good or bad). It might seem silly, but it makes me feel more accountable. I've lost weight (13 pounds last month) and I can take an honest look at where I ought to include more veggies or make better choices. When I fill this book, I'm going to buy another.

Keep it together
This book holds all the information you need to keep a great food diary. You can add your calories up make special notes. It’s a perfect size For your purse or fanny pack take it with you wherever you go writing it down makes you more aware of what’s going on or down your throat. ❤️

Love it, best weight loss journal I’ve had
Perfect size for handbag and has everything you need to track your weight , exercise and water . Set out in a simple unfussy manner making it easy to complete . Quality thick paper .One of the best journals I have had and I’ve had a few !!!!
