I have tried most GF/ Oat Free / Paleo granolas out there, although I avoid the ones with ingredients that don't agree with me (psyllium, canola oil, etc.). This is one of the cleaner ones out there in terms of ingredients. It is basically all non-GMO almonds, pecans, pepitas, walnuts, maple syrup, coconut oil, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, honey, raisins, dried coconut, vanilla extract, cinnamon. A few of the ingredients are organic but mostly it is just non-GMO.A bonus for me is that the texture is somewhat moist and on the softer side. If a granola is too dehydrated, then your body needs more water afterwards to avoid drying out, as it will suck water from your intestines during digestion.If I would improve this in any way, I would make it slightly less sweet, and increase the content of pecans, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts. Otherwise, I like every flavor here and my favorite is the Maple Pancake, with the Apple Pie a close 2nd.

We top our Two Good yogurts with this granola as part of our Keto diet. Very tasty. The review asked me to rate the "warmth" and "thickness" of granola..... I really don't know what that means, but these taste very good. We hsave bought these bags for anywhere from $4.59 to $8.99, so pay attention to the price (if that matters to you).

I've bee on the keto diet for three years now, and I get occasional cravings for sweet crunchy cereal. I use these with a bit of almond milk about once a week. So tasty and good.Arrived fresh and tasty, smelled great and tasted sooo good. Life that this food is grain free. Amazing. One of the best products on the paleo market. You have to get used to the texture but that doesn’t take long considering how good all 3 flavors are!!!!! (Texture is a little moist, but that’s just because it’s more fresh and the raw honey). Been paleo about 2 years. This has become a staple in our household. I recommend highly! Great in cashew yogurt or by its self as a treat!

Good product, a bit on the more expensive side. I purchased this as a snack since starting Keto. I would say there are better low carb options that may fit better into one's macros, since the serving size is only 1/4th of a cup.

I was looking for a paleo granola with no added sweeteners, not even fruit. This is not exactly what I’m looking for but I’m eating it any way. It tastes really good. Too good, in fact.
