My daughter is an art student and this has been...
This printing ink has been great for my daughter's project. Not only is it incredibly easy to clean ['cause is water soluble] but it makes all her work to look really clean and well-printed. She used it with Rubber Stamp Carving Blocks and it adapts to the paper's texture very well. It dries fast and the ink doesn't run when you pass your fingers over it. I took a couple of pictures of her work using this ink for you to see. Most of the textures where caused by the stamp and the different types of paper actually. The ink has a matte finish as well. A little bit of the ink is just right to printing a tons. I would also recommend to get an rubber roller to smooth out the ink before using it. By the way, using too much ink can cause the finish of the art to not be as clean as it should.

Good Ink
Good stuff, I'm learning how to do linocut printing and if you, like myself, are also learning please listen to the professionals. I thought at first I would be cheeky and not use as much ink and I thought "HA! I don't need to roll it out, that's dumb! I'll just coat my brayer with a brush and be good to go!"Nope. Don't be like me. Listen to the people who have been doing this successfully forever. Roll out your ink and apply only once silky. The difference is astounding. Finally got some decent prints after giving up on doing things my stubborn a$$ way.Love that it's easy to clean up. I roll mine out in an old metal palette, but I've seen glass be used as well. I'm sure any smooth surface would be acceptable.
