First, the product itself is fantastic. The brushes are great and exactly as advertised. I loved the bonus brush guide, as a somewhat beginner in my artistic abilities and have it taped up on eye sight for reference when working on a project! Knowing how to use the brushes appropriately means less abuse and unintended destruction to get the desired effect’I was pleasantly surprised when I received a QR code to scan for a free gift. After scanning the code a very user friendly process was initiated via FB messenger (with fantastic meme placement might I add) and consistent follow up to ensure I received my free gift and was satisfied with all of my experience.It seems silly, but this has easily been the best customer driven service and product purchase I have experienced with online purchasing within and outside of Amazon. And it wasn’t as a result of negative feedback - just a business going above and beyond to ensure the best for its customer proactively!20/10 highly recommend and will be purchasing my art supplies primarily through ISO moving forward :-)

Most of thr brushes are fine, but the mop brush sheds really bad. My canvas was covered before I realized it. Luckily I was able to get them off and fix the damage before the paint dried.

I needed brushes in a hurry and bought this set, mostly for the silicon tipped brushes. I have to say I am very impressed with the whole set. I am a professional artist and I am pleased with how these stack up to my professional brushes.

I’ve been an artist for over 20 years and I absolutely love these brushes!! They’re great for watercolors and acrylic. The whole set it well organized and I like that I can prop them up easily so I can see what brush I want to use. Perfect set for any new beginner also. They’re a great starter kit or replacement for when your old brushes wear out. I use them almost daily! Also LOVE the case they come in and how easy they travel.

This was part of my granddaughter's Christmas gifts. She said she loved everything so I'm guessing this was well received! 😊

The brushes look nice but they leave streaks on my projects and I cannot make the coats look smoothe. The $1 store brush does better than these unfortunately. Plastic piece... right side painted with brush from this set. Left side painted with $1 store brush. I'm not a professional painter... so I need brushes that work well.
