Just what I was looking for
On first impressions I was a little disappointed as for the price the product looked a bit cheap and flimsy (also I was expecting it to be silicone for some reason) however it is brilliant. I'd read a couple of reviews about the silicone moulds being a bit tricky to release the shape without breaking it but all 12 of mine came out easily and in 1 piece after being in the fridge for only a couple of hours :) I would definitely recommend this to any chocoloate novices like myself, it made the whole process very easy.One thing I did find that it was a little tricky to get the melted chocolate into the mould, especially in the handle part of the spoon shape but I overcame this by spoldging it in as best I could then scraping over the top of the mould with a pallet knife to remove the excess which resulted in great shaped neat spoons!I later purchased a silicone chocolate melting pot on Amazon which I tried last night and this made it a lot easier to pour into the mould.
