LEGO Hero Factory Nex 6221

A perfect birthday gift for our 8 year old grandson. We recommend product and seller.

My 9 year old son is so happy- love to play with this robot-lego, adore this idea of construction of robots and these mobile parts. I took one star because of from parent perspective - it's soo expensive.

I like this Nex a lot more than the generic 2.0 and the animal themed 3.0, which just didn't do a lot for me. But with these "Breakout" releases, my love of Hero Factory was rekindled. Nex is one of the shorter heroes since he's a cheaper set, but he comes with some great pieces. He has a blaster and hero cuffs just like all the other heroes in this line, and a new style helmet, that actually looks like a one-piece version of that awful 2.0 head and helmet accessory. His other accessories include the minifig harpoon gun that is stuck in his shoulder armor, which looks like a communications antenna, and his left "hand" is a laser cutter/welder/gun. Definitely a cool figure with some great tools.

This was bought for my son and he loved it. He has a collection of the hero factory figures and him and his big brother play with them regularly
