Ho acquistato questa tavoletta su consiglio del mio fisioterapista per svolgere alcuni esercizi di equilibrio e mobilità per la caviglia. Sono molto soddisfatta: i materiali sono solidi e ben assemblati. Il piano, abbastanza ampio per tenere entrambi i piedi, presenta un rivestimento ruvido per evitare di scivolare.
