SASANIAN CAVIAR Alaskan Salmon Caviar 4 OZ., 4 OZ

Tasty. Its a matter of personal preference, but I've tried several types recently and found the reddish large salmon type to be much more tasty, goes great as a contrast with late night cheese snack. The black caviar, often more expensive, have tried several times but the eggs are much smaller and lacking in flavor, the texture is more gritty as well; haven't been able to develop a taste for them. Liked the idea that this was wild Alaska, although I wasn't particularly reassured by the packaging that this was actually the case, I would have expected more emphasis on this since farm raised is less desirable.

Brought some to a party with some blinis and it was a hit def recommend it I personally like the sturgeon caviars best I ordered one of those for myself.

Nowhere on the package does it say that it's "wild" salmon caviar as it's advertised on Amazon.

Just plain good!
