One of my favorite purchases. Very helpful but plz do not touch your hair after applying it. Your nails will become darker if you scratch your head. Allow to dry after applying it and follow the instructions to avoid messing up your face

I saw this in a home shopping program the other day. I liked the presentation, but, hate the shipping cost! So, I went to Amazon and found the same product! As a Prime member, free two day shipping...YAY! In my humble opinion, everyone should be a Prime member! Anyway, I bought two shades, light brown and dark blonde. I received this light brown first. The thing I like most about this spray that differs from any other I have used, is the spray is a fine mist! My hair is a dark blonde. I used this on an area of my crown where the hair is thin. I guess as you get older, you lose hair! Or at least I have! I held the product about eight inches from the area. It looks GREAT! My daughter has dark brown hair. She has a gray streak in her hair. I held the container a bit closer to her hair. I could not believe it! It worked for her, as well! I like that the color can work with other shades, too! I am anxious to get the dark blonde to see how that shade looks. By the way, it holds 20 applications, so if you're using on a very small area, it will last a long time! I can't begin to describe how amazing this product works, and not just from the cover the gray standpoint! The design of the nozzle is exactly what you need, which doesn't seem to matter until you try another product and then you know just how important that is. Having dark hair, it's necessary to have a white nozzle so you can see where you are spraying! Also the spray comes out in a light and easy way. Some other products I've tried it feels like a fire hose. Finally, never a drip! With other products, there were always drips on my face, that were not easy to get off! Never a drip with Salon in a Bottle. Awesome product!!!

This is the first root touch-up product I've tried and I was very pleasantly surprised. Although my hair is naturally medium brown, I've been using henna for the past couple of years to cover up some gray, and so my hair has a reddish tint. I was worried that the auburn shade of Salon in a Bottle wouldn't match well but it blends in invisibly! It's so easy to use and makes such a difference once my roots have had a few weeks to grow in. I can easily get a couple extra weeks out my henna treatments. Thanks goodness because henna is messy, time-consuming and smells weird for a few days but I love the results. So glad to have found this product to help lessen the stress of graying hair. The only drawback of using Salon in a Bottle is that the areas of my hair that I spray it on, combined with my various styling product (mouse, gels, etc.) tend to become a little stiff and feels course and not soft. Still, I think my hair looks fine even though it doesn't feel very silky where the product is sprayed. This one drawback would in no way cause my to give it up. I definitely recommend giving this stuff a try.

Best touch up spray in the market for staying power. It has a tiny little nozzle that allows you to direct it right on your growth line. One spray lasts a few days, even after full scrubbing and shampoo! It does leave a greasy feeling that you may not like but I love that I can make my hair color last an extra two, sometimes three weeks. I notice white peaking through a week after dying my hair!! Aaargh! So annoying!! "Salon in a Bottle Root Touch up" allows me not to have a skunk stripe for an extra two weeks. Granted, you'll have to rub some of it off before dying your hair and you'll probably have an inch worth of white hair (if your hair growth is anything like mine) but I don't mind. I've tried a lot of other sprays, powers, mascaras and this is my absolute favorite. It's more expensive but I'm willing to pay the extra because of its effectiveness. The only negative for some will be the greasy feeling. There, you've been warned. In spite of that, I'm giving this product a solid five stars.
