Familia Swiss Muesli Cereal, Premium Recipe is excellent.
After the original one, I bought this; I love the Spelt Flakes, Krispies, Fruit and Nuts, and especially the 0g Added Sugar. Familia Swiss Muesli Cereal, Premium Recipe is a good breakfast cereal that combines all those ingrediance. This thoughtfully designed blend that provides various textures and flavors, as well as a balanced nutritional profile for me. Notably, it contains 0 gram of added sugar, which is most appealing for my health. I Enjoy it with my favorite yogurt for a delicious and nutritious start of my day!

Healthy cereal tastes good
First time I have tried muesli and really liked it. It is sugar free so I top it with berries to add some sweetness. Keeps you full for a long time too.

The perfect food
Back in the 60s and 70s I used to eat the sweetened version of Familia muesli -- now I don't tolerate sugar too well, and also my sweet tooth doesn't take as much to satisfy it as previously. This unsweetened version is perfect for me. It has lots of oats, as well as other grains and chopped nuts and dried fruit.I add some more stuff (walnut pieces, almonds, hazel nuts if I can get them, and raw cashews, along with extra raisins) and keep it in a plastic container. Usually for breakfast at work I will line a plastic container with plain yogurt, then put in a helping of Familia, then fresh fruit, maybe bananas, apples, or peaches, and maybe a little nutmeg or cinammon for variety. This is living! And it's excellent for your health! I'm tickled that Amazon carries this, because it's harder to get in stores than previously.

fluffy version
As a swiss expat - i def obsess over this stuff -This differs from their OG muesli by the fact that it isnt certified organic, is much "lighter" with more puffed grain(cornflakes, puffed oats etc) -It is pretty good for cereal with milk - but if you want a real muesli - go with the original "dense" mix

Stay way from “premium”
Familia’s red box muesli is ok, lacking in fruit and nuts, but the premium muesli is a JOKE, where at least a third of the volume is puffed grains and corn flakes. What a disappointment, better get Seitenbacher.

Great muesli for yogurt
After finishing my first box of the Familia Swiss Muesli (green box), I opened the box of Familia Swiss Balance Premium Muesli (white box) and added it to my yogurt this morning. My preference between the two is the Swiss Balance. There is less grit (eg. little bits of fiber but the fiber content between the two products is the same, may also be that i am at the top of the bag) in this product and the mix includes puffed spelt and corn flakes. My bowl has only remnants of yogurt and the mixture did not get thick as the two ingredients were stirred together. Will have to finish off the trio of the Familia Muesli offerings to make an educated choice, but if the original formula 'absorbs milk' readily as the reviewers state, then I think I found the perfect muesli for my yogurt.

Non-authentic Muesli
This is sold as a premium muesli but is reformulated with plenty of cornflakes so you can make it instant like any American cereal. I've been buying the green box for years and thought I'd give this a go since Familia makes authentic Swiss Muesli. Gone are the date and banana purees. Income cornflakes and puffed wheat. The flavor is inferior and this is a no-go if you add yogurt and make it the traditional Swiss way. This food is edible, it just should be marketed as an instant cereal and not a muesli.
