Even bakes and easy clean up
I really enjoy these pans. They are well made, not flimsy and easy to clean up. I have made rolled cakes, biscuits and cookies in this pan. Properly prepared, none of the baked good have stuck to the pan. All my bakes have browned evenly. It requires handwashing for clean up, which I don’t mind. Having nice things means taking care of them.

Perfect pan. I don’t have to use parchment paper unless I want to. Cleans like a dream.

So big it won't fit my conventional oven. This pan is for a restaurant-size oven.

Nice solid pan
I use a silicone baking sheet and this well made pan worked baking cookies - keeping the bottoms all even, even though my oven doesn't hold the temperature steady and probably has hot spots.
