Not brand new
I received the box fully sealed but when I opened it, the styrofoam that held the first parts are broken in half and it seemed like someone already used the item because the manual is no longer straight. One of the smaller brush is missing a bristle. The vacuum itself worked fine but when I was trying to empty the dust canister, the filter won’t come off and it charged more than 4 hours. Clearly a defective item. Deerma is a good vacuum only if you get a brand new unit.
