The 5Ive Star Gear MOLLE 1Qt canteen pouch is a modular pouch that is made to the same specs as the original us military version with a rugged and durable ballistic weave material. It is made to hold a one quart canteen and features small side pockets that are great for holding water purification tablets and other small accessories. The Pouch is modular and attaches by reinforced universal straps to vests, packs, range bags, or other equipment.

Good Product
It's definitely thinner than most canteen pouches, but other than this I am satisfied with them. I ordered two to go onto my FLC, and they fit perfectly. The pouch is adjustable and has two small velcro pockets on it, so you can put small items in it like a lighter or pocket knife. I hope the pics help.

Fits Canteen WITH Stainless Canteen Cup Well!
This is not only pretty well made, but it fits your canteen with the metal canteen cup easily. You can tighten the drawstrings to keep your canteen while invertered and of course the flap goes down with a buckle. Side compartments can fit compass, cell phone, etc and use velcro.NOTE: This pouch would be excellent for other uses of similar storage size due to drawstring and adjustable buckle on main compartment!

Good
Product is the proper size and is durable. It is not quite as thick as an issued pouch but doesn’t seem to suffer for it. My only complaints are extremely minor: I wish they went with a tan buckle as the black seems out of place, and the elastic used to hold the extra length of strap (depending how you have it adjusted) from the buckle is kinda cheap/loose and doesn’t hold the excess in place. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and it served me well through an NTC rotation for a month out in the desert.

Good piece of gear
What I dislike is the elastic draw strings aren't threaded, to tighten it. Or maybe I am just not doing it correctly

Seems slightly off…
Not sure if the issues buckles would be black since I’m only use to seeing units push out the old crusty ACU patterns they keep recycling from storage lol. But this bag seems…thinner ? Rather a thick one that could last. Hopefully from time it’ll still be functional, maybe I could back track and update the review. Canteen and canteen cup fits no problem though. It also seems a good bit bigger and the fact that it’s not a tight fit putting in the canteen/cup. Color is also darker than the picture. It’s honestly all different. The clips are even a different color in the picture which looks way better than a pitch black, they gave me. Caught my attention immediately. But it’s whatever, my unit doesn’t mind so I don’t.

Nice canteen pouch.
Just right for hiking. The pockets on the sides are good for little things. Water purifying tablets, chapstick and a few other small things.

Tru-Spec canteen pouch
This is a quality canteen holder. What sold me on the Tru-Spec holder was the fact that the bottom plastic buckle is attached to the pouch by a nylon web strap, not plastic pop rivets like the cheaper knock-offs. And the multicam pattern fits perfectly with my 5.11 Rush 12 daypack.

Good strapping, good molle fit.
Overall good little canteen carrier. By folding cover (top) flap into the carrier before you put canteen in, you can tighten down the v-strap at top, around canteen neck for better security when tumbling down mountains. Can be used for more than just canteens with pull strings on sides of pouch and solid cover flap.

Money for that?
The fabric it is made of is very thin and flimsy. Webbing is green, buckle and all fittings are black , elastic band is brown. Are you kidding me? Look at those stitches! Whoever did it, you are Amazon's shame.
