Not a great fit for all jars
These are a nice idea but they do not fit all types of wide mouth jars well. I needed something leak proof for some Ball 64oz jars I use for homemade nondairy milks. My jars have a slightly sloped side at the top. My Ball quart jars have a similar design. The only jars these covers fit well were my straight-sided pint jars. I can put these on the half gallon or quart jars (which are a very standard design for wide mouth) but they do not fit snugly like the pint jars due to the shape. If your jars have any type of slope inward near the lid just be aware these will act more like a loose cover than a snug lid.

Love it; seals as described; different colors have different features
These are soft but I filled a jar up with water and turned it over and it held without leaking. These are great for re-using canning jars for general storage, packing lunches, etc. Our metal lids keep rusting because they keep ending up in the dishwasher so these will solve that problem. The pictures are a little confusing because you can click on 3 different colors, but it's not just a color option. If you buy clear you are buying a cover with no holes. The blue has a cross cut in the middle for a straw and the green daisy one is is what I would call vented or made for sprinkling.

Great alternative to plastic lids
I got these silicone lids because I take greek yogurt and fruit/oat mixes to work in mason jars, and I didn't want to buy plastic lids. The whole point of using glass jars that don't have chemicals and are environmentally friendly seems redundant if you then screw a plastic lid on top. When the package came and I popped a lid one of my jars, I was skeptical, as it doesn't screw on, you have to push it down, so it doesn't feel like there is a tight seal. I put water in the jar and shook it over the sink with the lid on, upside down, and to my surprise, it didn't leak. I have been using the lids now for a week, and I haven't had any spills or leaks in my lunch bag. But again, my jar contains little liquid, it is more of a pudding consistency. If I were carrying liquid I would try to keep the jar upright just in case.

Not spill proof, not air tight
This product promises "liquid-tight, airtight seal keeping contents in and air out", but that's only true if the lid isn't touching anything but the jar. Touching other cans in the fridge, stacked, in a back pack, against a wall, on it's side, this ain't liquid-tight and it's certainly not airtight. If you need something to look pretty but not spill proof, sure. If you want something that's actually spill proof, this isn't the product for you.

Work great with steel toddler cups.
We purchased a set of these to go on some steel "Cub Cups" we bought for our kids. Best Kid Toddler Baby Cups, Training Learner Water Cup, 18/8 Steel, 8 oz 4 Pack These lids fit perfectly and no leaks or tears like some of the other silicone lids we purchased (the thin/stretchy kinds). I also love that these are clear /no loud crazy colors. We poked holes in the middle for bamboo straws. They work great.

Not super water tight
I think these lids are too big. They should be an eighth of an inch smaller in diameter. Yes, they are sort of water proof, but I needed then to seal tight enough for putting jars in lunch boxes. If the lid gets slightly bumped, liquid can spill out. It's probably a fine lid for storing jars in the fridge. I returned them because they didn't meet my needs.

Great product BUT only get 3 when packaging and description say 4.
Only received 3 lids instead of the 4 that is stated in description. Sent an email to company yesterday afternoon (04/20/17) after I had received the order. Will update review once I hear from company. I will say these lids are awesome. They are a little hard to get on, but if you are using these to store food in and seal, you want a very tight seal. Would love to buy more but want to make sure that package and description match what I am paying for.

They Work! No spilling.
Works great and are pretty. The white ones don't have a hole for a straw like the blue ones. I made the mistake of not paying attention and ordering these thinking I could use a straw. I was looking at the blue ones and clicked on the white ones, my mistake. With that said, these are really cute and work well (next time I'll be getting the blue ones though, lol).

2.5" inside diameter, 3" outside diameter
Item seems to be not as the described 3.5"? Item measures 2.5" inside diameter, 3" outside diameter.Disappointing, I needed 3.5" inside diameter, so this is going in the garbage. Should the item description be updated to prevent future disappointments?

do I love those caps
Wow... do I love those caps. They perfectly fit a wide mouth mason type jar. Easy to remove. Excellent alternative to plastic!!
