Huglight Flexible Hands Free Book Light - 2 Pack

I have really enjoyed my huglights since I purchased them. The week after I received them we had an ice storm hit and our power was out for five days. The huglights helped me so much. I used them to navigate our candle/oil lamp lit home. I could sit and knit and see my work just fine. The only thing I would change would be to make the clip that holds the lights closer together a little longer.

I was hoping this light would help me get good light on my needlework projects without having shadow etc in the way. However, it lights up more of my shirt front than my work. I'm trying to find a way to reposition it but so far I've not had much luck. Also not sure what the red lights are for - the seem superfluous to me.Also the battery door can be a little difficult to close. I had to use a very pointed pair of scissors to get it to snap shut.

This light was just as described, and has worked perfectly. My partner wanted a light to read by that wouldn't weigh down the book or magazine that she was reading and this seemed like the best option. It has certainly fulfilled and exceeded our expectations!We went camping the weekend after the light arrived and it was so useful!!! Not only could we read without disturbing each other but it was light around my neck and I found I would and could wear it all evening and just switch it on whenever I needed some light. Ease to aim and great levels of brightness, and during the night I could get up using the red light and not wake anyone else.Am very pleased to recommend Huglight Flexible for reading and any hands free use.

The "thank you" is from my wife. I like to stay up nights and would have the lights on which kept my wife awake. Now I can stay up late without the lights on. Probably saved our marriage, just kidding, but I did rack up major points. So thank you from me, too.Also, I bought one previously from a store in town and loved...until it broke after a couple of weeks. These are much better built and durable, plus I have one as a back-up.

I bought these for 2 friends with low vision hope they can find them useful, so far of them is using his.

I love my huglight. I have tried other reading lights, but nothing compares to the huglight. I gave huglights to my daughter and daughter-in-law and they looked at it and you could see by their expression that they wondered(what is this contraption?). After taking it home and using it, they were sold on it. Now they are wanting huglights to give to friends. I am going to order some more, just to have extras in case something happens to the one I have.

The quality of these seems better than some - I picked up some headlamps with elastic things that all broke and went hunting again for a take along light for reading or peering into the BBQ on dark night.THESE are great!

False advertising. I ordered this for the red light. I received nothing like the item in the picture. I did get one huglight (one w a clear light) without any packaging (just loosely in a small manila envelope w a small wooden charm.The whole purpose was to get it to have when my newborn arrives bc the red light is great for latenight feedings and diaper changes. I am so disappointed
