I wound a couple of huge coils (600mH) and was impressed with how easily the wire came off the reel. No issues where I felt the wire was kinked or possible insulation damage.

Works fine lasts a long time.

I'm using it for craft projects and though it wasn't made for that, it really worked out better than I could have ever expected. It costs a lot less than the bare wires at present. Also, it has a protective layer that helps with maring up the wire. However, if you are kinda rough, you can't buff out any flaws you make, so if you're trying to get perfect jewelry, you'll have to show a little bit of care. That being said, it was very protective, but still possible to scratch when you are just heavy handed. Awesome product all around.

Great for old projects like making crystal radio, coils, etc.

It's just wire and it worked fine for my app (needed to wind coils for an electromagnet). I was a little surprised at all the kinks in the wire. They weren't visible but I could definitely feel them as I was spooling the wire on the new bobbins for my electromagnet. I ended up needing a second spool and bought another so I was "happy enough" to repurchase the same item from the same vendor!!

I received exactly whatI requested.

Despite the shipper's best efforts (three days late and beat like a punching bag), the entire spool is serviceable without any chips or cracks in the enamel. I will be winding a continuous duty pump motor so durable insulation is a vital quality. The late delivery and the need to rewind the spool to a fresh bobbin, while a setback to my watch and my wallet, do not reflect on the seller or the product and I am likely to utilize both again.
