Bad
Not so good nor smooth in writing

Sensitive retraction button
Generally speaking this is an okay pen. One super big complaint though. It has a little retraction button underneath the pocket clip and that button is SUPER sensitive. I'm a nurse and I tried using this pen for one day and one day only. It took me 3-4 clicks on average to not accidently bump the retraction button and then successfully write. I like Zebra products, but I'm going back to using my trusty BIC multicolor pen. I think if this pen didn't have the retraction button it would be perfect, after all, you don't need it since partially selecting a different color will automatically retract your current one. Since I don't want to trash it, I'll try to disable the button but as of now the pen is all but useless for someone who needs to regularly write throughout the day.

This pen is great for me at work. Always using the different colors to highlight documents!All colors write smooth and crisp!
