I really like the idea of these hook tacks. I have many things like handmade jewelry, headphones, noise-reducing earmuffs, ornaments, CDs and purses hanging on my walls with regular tacks, which aren't ideal. Things slip off easily without a hook to keep them in place. So I was really excited when I saw these Crazy Tacks with functional metal hooks.Although the hearts are cute, the plastic is extremely cheap with many imperfections. I wouldn't be surprised if it chips easily. From the photos on Amazon, I'd assumed the quality would be a little better, at least average. But I'm more concerned about the functionality, and these would work fine, except for the fact that they spin upside down and around easily once tacked in the wall. This isn't an issue I'd anticipated since regular tacks don't spin, and it makes the product even less ideal. The tacks work better in a tight corkboard that keeps the metal in place.The company sent me a free set of 12 hook tacks with the red, white and blue star designs, and I do appreciate that. This product wasn't very expensive, so I'm okay with the very cheap quality. But if the parts start breaking off easily, I won't be happy. Also, please be careful opening each package, and don't let your younger kids do it. As soon as I got the first box open, one of the tacks stabbed me in the finger.To be honest, each individual box of 12 tacks should cost no more than $1.75. The listed price of $8 is expensive for the low quality of this product. I'm going to try them out and see how long they last.

These things are AWESOME! For years, I've been saying I wish someone made tacks with hooks. Now someone does! These little things are surprisingly sturdy, and the tack portion is nice and long so it stays in the wall. So far, I've used mine as a hook for computer cords, a stabilizing hook for a wall hanging, and as jewelry hooks on my bedroom wall. And I just got them! I can see how these little things are going to be very very useful.I believe the person who invented/makes these is trying to get on "Shark Tank" to present his idea. If they don't let him on, they are dumb! This is one of the greatest inventions ever IMO. Plus, they're cute!Next time I have an Amazon order (which will be soon), I am getting more of these! I am going to also get extra so I can put them in with birthday gifts for my friends, who will LOVE them.Totally awesome product, and fast shipping. A+ all the way!

I used these to put on a corkboard to hang up my necklaces, so I can see them at a glance. They worked great! I definitely buy these again.

I use these tacks to hang my keychain collection on my cork board. Perfect!

Crazy Tackz are one of those smack yourself on the forehead inventions, "Why didn't I think of that!". The tacks are great and work! I've only used them on a backboard designed for push pins, but I was able to hang my heavy keys on the hook and it stayed put. The use for these hooks are endless (exaggeration, I'm sure there is an end).The only con to these tacks are with the hearts. If you look at them closely you can see where the two sides join around the hook, the plastic looks cheap. However, I really don't know how that could be improved with such a small piece of plastic that needs to be light so the hook can be useful. That being said, I do have a work-around, don't put them right up to your face. Require a mandatory one foot viewing radius. BOOM! Super cute product. I used a pack in my closet to hang some of my jewelry up high where my toddler couldn't reach them and destroy them. I received the heart shape crazy tacks from the seller at a discounted price for an honest and unbiased review. It's really a neat idea to have the hook. I took a pack with me to work where I can use some of the hooks to hang a few of our department keys and just to have something cute up.they seem to be holding up well. No complaints at all.
