Fantastic sturdy bar
My two little girls who love all things gymnastics love this bar. It’s so sturdy and will last them many many years. Great weight range. So much so that even mummy and daddy (15 stone) have had a go, it did not budge one bit.The only problem I have is that I really wish it was easier to store if needed. Thankfully for us it can just stay out

Fab bar!
Easy to assemble, looks great. And is sturdy. It doesn't really fold, you can easily take it apart to move or store. My daughter's absolutely loves it.

Safe and strong gymnastic bars
The product was easy to assemble and my granddaughter couldn’t wait to try it out. The base being a square makes it very stable and the wooden rail is smooth and comfortable on the hands.

Great product. Terrible customer service.
I've given this two stars because of the customer service we received. The company accidentally sent us two gym bars. When they arrived, I presumed it came in two boxes - but we were sent a duplicate. All they needed to do was to say, "Don't worry Madam, we will arrange for that to be collected on date/time". But no, they messaged me to ask that I arrange the return and postage of the second item, then they said they'd collect it. Then they asked me to pay the cost of the collection, which was over £40. Their messages were confusing. They mentioned refunding the cost of the postage, but also asked that I 'help them pay'.This rang alarm bells with me. When legitimate companies make mistakes, they come and collect it free of charge. I should not have to arrange to return a very heavy, large, expensive item, or pay for it....even if they were allegedly going to refund it. Why didn't they arrange and pay for it themselves? I gave them my address and said I could make myself available in the property if they let me know a collection date. They messaged to say they'd arranged a collection and gave me a postage sticker to print, but the email did not mention any date/time. When DHL turned up THAT SAME MORNING, I hadn't even had time to read/print anything (stood reading it on the drive!). I had to ask the driver to wait whilst I printed it (thankfully, he did!). Their email that they had managed to get the warehouse to pay for the mistake (not sure what that's got to do with me). It is quite clear that all they were bothered about is avoiding paying a collection fee.I've now built the bar to make sure it's OK. It's very good quality. I'm pleased I paid a little more and went for this model. Other brands mention that parts are missing or screw holes not lined up, etc But this one was perfect - everything lined up and all parts there (even spares). It's a very sturdy build and looks high quality. My daughter is 10, and if she swings on it, it shifts a little on the carpet, but I should think they all do this. It needs to be placed on a floor with a bit of traction. However, normal spinning (not wide swinging) does not shift it at all.I noticed they just added £50 to the price of this item (I paid £205), maybe to cover the cost of paying any postage if a mistake happens again. If I were you I'd look elsewhere for this gym bar. You might be paying £50 more for a lot of inconvenience. Companies need to learn that poor customer service costs a lot more than a bit of postage. Sort your customer services out Orientools.
