That will probably depend on how hard your water is. The harder your water, the more scum you will get from any soap. This soap will not be any more (or Less) of a problem for scum than any other soap.

Is this soap for men and women

I would think men and women would both enjoy the almond cold cream soap. It has a pleasant almond fragrance (just like almond extract).

Does the almond soap contain Cinnamal?

There is no Cinnamal in our Almond bar of soap.
