Even if you don't use the opener feature this is nice bling ...
This item isn't being used as an opener. I have no comment on that feature. I am sure it works suitably for that purpose. This item was bought and is being used as messenger bag bling for my daughter who plans to attend the University of Oregon. It is a stylish ornament. Sturdy with a nice finish. Well made. It displays the distinctive logo very nicely.

Hard to find this elsewhere
Short of going down to Champaign, I didn't know where to find one of these for a gift for a now very ex-boyfriend. The sentiment was longer lasting that the bottle opener, but who cares now? Perfectly functional, it opened many a Lagunitas or Goose Island until the key chain bit broke banishing it from they keyring to the cupboard. But now? It has surely resigned itself to popping tops off Miller High Lifes and Bud Light. Twist offs? Oh, the humanity!

Key ring for my golf cart. Very nice to have a bottle opener built in. Don’t have to look for one when we’re out riding. Plus, it’s Alabama, you have to love it.

Nicest SU product seen in awhile
Live far away from SU now, so was pleased with this as a gift. Heavy weight, looks expensive, and actually works as a strong key chain. Oh, and yes, the bottle opener works well. 5 star, no question.

Cheap quality , opening is hardly big enough to open a bottle. Also, metal flexes way too easily.
