I read alot about how earthing/grounding can benefit my health and with all the enthusiasm i placed an order for both the sheet and a mat.. ive been using these from the day i received it.. almost a month now but i haven't felt any difference in my inflammations or my pains.. i am disappointed and wonder if the sheet is even working properly or not as i dont feel anything when i lie on it or even when i place my feet on the mat.

It's been over a week that I've injured my achilles heel, and the pain has been incredible. Im unable to take any advil, and tylenol is not working. This grounding mat is the perfect size - whether you are standing at a desk or counter, or draped across a footstool while watching TV - As its a recent purchase its hard to know whether it will work re health benefits but so far so good

I am quite impressed, working great. It gives me better circulations in my legs. After a long walk outside I stand on the Matt for a while and my legs feels like new again. Like I wasn’t out at all. Just get me ready for the next day exercise!

This grounding mat is extra long. If it was 2 inches wider, it would be even better. I sleep with it every night. It healed my wounds and pain. It helps me to sleep better. Excellent product with no chemical smell. I love this grounding mat. Thank you very much!

This mat is perfect. I use when I am sleeping. I was skeptical at first but is has been a godsend. I no longer wake up at night with neuropathy foot and leg pain. It have given me more energy as I get a restful sleep.
