I used to buy this already ground from the supermarket. I now but this and grind it in a coffee grinder on a weekly basis at a third of the cost.

Cost effective and nice flavour
Yes there are some bits from the plant within these linseed but not enough to warrant not buying them again. I think these are good value for the amount and they store well in a air tight container. I prefer the flavour of these golden 1's compared to brown, but that's just my own personal preference. I will continue to buy.
