Arnica oil
So far it seems to be effective. Arnica works for alot of things. I use on my knees. It seems to be helpful. Other arnica products seem weak so I make my own. Only problem is it comes from China. Would prefer it from US since it grows here as a weed. Hard to find product.

I LOVE the Scent of this
It's Lemony with a Woodsy Herbal background. I don't know what ingredient gives it the lemony smell, but the Arnica is definitely present. If I were to get a massage, I would be happy it is with this product. I believe it of good general pain relief quality, and it isn't easy to find an Arnica product that doesn't have alcohol or some menthol type product blended in, so it's a happy find. I do have more of a point-of-pain issues though, so I will probably go with the 1oz unmixed essential oils.
