Its really hard to tell sometimes if a supplement is doing anything and judging the condition of your internal organs is just as hard. My blood sugars are in the teens and my kidney is starting to malfunction but I felt fabulous even before taking these. However, I know SAMe works because yrs ago I had a dog in Kidney and liver failure and the SAMe's the vet gave me pretty much brought him back to life. I kept a note of it and told myself that when I get old and start falling apart, that is what I'll take. If it even works half as well as it did in the dog I will consider myself lucky.

Great product. My first bottle of SAM-e (from a different brand) smelled horrible. This product doesn't smell and I'm already feeling the fog lift. Will only buy this brand now.

I took it for a while. It really helped. However, if you are taking any medication for depression etc., you probably should not take it. I had to stop taking it.

Was purchased to assist with healing of our patient group members. Was temporarily effective, but boosted perfusion well beyond the average level for adult males, see graph in my video. Perfusion gain lasted less than 12 hours, and also resulted in a debilitating headache. This SAM-e was used only as required for acute perfusion distress. Our group uses this as an alternative to DMG, nicotine, and/or when organically-grown sulfur foods have run out.
