FLAVOR! …. and healthy
Love this book. It’s rare to find a cookbook with healthy recipes that actually taste good. Look no more! This is it.

The cookbook I keep reaching for again and again
I love love love this cookbook. I've tried many recipes and all of them came out great. Some have become instant staples in our household, such as a bowl with beef and a miso tahin sauce and a bowl with Thai green curry. I definitely recommend this cookbook.

A bowlful of goodness
This book gives a fantastic array of recipes that are a bowlful of goodness. It is not just for the vegetarians, it is for everyone to be nourished by and to enjoy. What a way to get the kids to start eating healthy. Give them a bowl of this and a pair of chopsticks, and make the idea of food fun, enjoyable, healthy and satisfying. I had as much fun making the recipes as I did eating them. Do yourself a favour and get into these flavours.

Fun and easy - and well designed
I’m well familiar with Buddha bowls and often make them for family meals but was looking to up my game. This provided just what I needed. It’s very well laid out and the opening sections tell you everything you need to know about the elements that go into building this sort of fresh and tasty plate. Especially alternative carbohydrates and toppings. I will use it a lot. But if I was a less experienced cook I think I would be disappointed in the actual range of recipes. Lamb and beef, but no pork. Tofu but no tempeh or seitan. It is a starting point - could be a good inspiration to write your own
