Great device, easy setup
This router is a great little bit of kit, with dual antenna for 3g and 4g you won't be off the mobile network very often. There has been once or twice in the couple of months I've used it that required a reboot, ad simple as unplugging it and plugging back in, you're back up and running in a less than 2 minutes, I don't think this was an issue with the router itself, more of a network drop from the mobile network. For my use case, I have purchased an extra item right here on amazon and that was a USB to dc jack cable. With this I freed up a power outlet and plugged it right into my ps5, notably the feet on the router ate small step type moulded into the base, these it turned out are perfect for the top of the ps5 as you just put it onto the back and slide it forward for a perfect grip. A short ethernet cable also puts the ps5 onto a wired connection. The WiFi has a fairly good range for such a small device but it's with noting it only supports 2.4ghz and not 5ghz.All in all, a great device and il be using it when i take my ps5 mobile.

Not quite plug and play but works well after tweaks
I bought this 4G03 Pro router as a temporary workaround for problems with my wired broadbandIt’s very dinky compared to a typical router but the antennae at either side are relatively largeI took a working O2 MBB SIM and put it in this router but initially speeds were poor and it would regularly disconnect. I had to go into the settings and manually correct APN etc. as the auto-selected options were all wrong. I also changed it to 4G only mode which caused it to switch from band 1 to band 20, which on O2 should theoretically be better. After these tweaks speeds were a lot higher, topping out at around 20Mbits/s which is reasonable compared to what I’ve gotten from other devices in the building.I then switched over to Vodafone and it seemed to do a better job of auto-detecting settings. It has been peaking at more like 35Mbits/s which is about half of what my iPhone gets - pretty good seeing as that phone cost many times the price of this device and is supposedly Cat18. More importantly, it seems quite stable so farThe firmware interface is quite basic and sometimes a bit glitchy, but it feels surprisingly snappySo I would recommend this product providing you already have some experience setting up mobile devices and aren’t expecting blazing fast speeds at this price. Obviously there are more expensive options available that should be faster

Ultimately disappointed and no use
I selected this because of the nano SIM slot for 4g, Wifi and the 2 ethernet ports, the latter allowed me to drop in line to an existing wired connection. It has a good (but limited) UI, no connection debug log and appears to be android based. However when it came to using the 3G/4G functionality it was useless for me1) will not work with SIM from sub providers like Lebara where an MCC/MNC code is needed to work with the main provider. The UI does not support this, it is possible the tech support could provide a json file to work round this they provide an EMail for such but I didnt test2) using a Vodafone sim self configured to an old APN and sort of worked, but if I used this profile or the one from the Vodafone website for the APN it only connected at 3G (the USB dongles I tested at the same time had no problem to get 4G using the same SIM) = slow3) found a LycaMobile SIM (EE) worked too but was also very slow4) it kept dropping the 3G/4G link regardless of if I set preferred or not. I may have just been unlucky with this unit but as I was disappointed and spent a day trying to make it work as expected enough was enough and gave up.Ultimately disappointed and no use

Just don't update the firmware
The product worked fine, I recently updated to the latest firmware (v04.03.01.37_multi) as recommended by the router. This caused it to stop working with any SIM card. The support is brilliant, I received a prompt response and a custom firmware to resolve my issue, and the router is back up and running within a few days. Considering there was a massive time difference between myself and their support (7 hours behind them), I'm very impressed by the perseverance. As for the router's performance, once it connects it maintains a connection even if the signal is less than adequate (though naturally the speed suffers). The menu is very much bare bones, but at the same time its simplicity matches the requirement of most users at this price point. In hindsight, I would probably spend a few more quid and go for a router from TP-Link, but I can't complain about this device for its price.

Superhub 4 sucked
I had to move the router upstairs for reasons. Couldn't sit in the livin room and watch YouTube without buffering every minute. Lost the plot, had them out and had all the corroded outside bits replaced once I upped to gigabit. WiFi still sucked. An it's directly above me too, all that's between me n it is 2 planks of wood n some carpet.Anyway, this fixed the issue and never broke the bank. Really easy to set up and add devices, speed caps etc. It's not as functional as one that you can reflash with upgraded firmware but it works for what it has to do.Haven't had a single buffer downstairs since I set it up 👍

Great 4G router
I've only used it for about an hour but I'm very impressed. Looks sleek, very small and light. Plug and play with a nano sim which most 4G routers at this price don't use. You can customise the name and password of the network very easily and set download limits in the web browser settings. I'm getting around the same speed as my phone does through 4G (3-8mbps) but this is due to living in a rural area. Overall I'd say its perfect, very cheap but looks nice and functions well. Hopefully it lasts a while.
